Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, no changes or modifications can be made to orders once placed.

Can the hair be colored?

The hair can be colored, but it’s important to keep color-treated hair well-conditioned and moisturized.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your shipment.

How long will my hair last?

With adequate maintenance and care, our extensions can last for 3+ years.

How long is order processing?

For standard purchases: 3-4 days

For sales purchases: 5-7 days

How many bundles are recommended?

The number of bundles you need depends on your desired look and personal preference. For a natural appearance, we suggest 2-3 bundles. If you’re looking for more volume, we recommend 3-4 bundles.

How do I properly care for my Raw hair?

Raw hair is authentic, unprocessed human hair and behaves similarly to your natural hair. As untreated hair, it requires appropriate care and maintenance. We recommend washing and conditioning regularly to prevent product buildup, which helps reduce tangling and shedding. For best results, use a sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.

My package was lost or stolen, what do I do?

In the event that your package is lost or stolen, it is the recipient’s responsibility to contact the shipping courier and initiate a claim. Nayked Tresses is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the courier. All inquiries and communications regarding the status of such packages should be directed to the courier for further assistance.


If you have opted for Route Package Protection, which we highly recommend, your package is insured against loss, damage, or theft. To file a claim, please contact Route directly. Upon approval of your claim, they will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
